Badhacopi gazar Bhaji.




Ingredient: 

1) Cabbage - 1/2 Piece.

2)Carrot - 1 No ( Medium).

3) Green Peas - 1/2 Cup.

4) Capsicum - 1/2 Piece.

5) Green Beans - 12- 15 Nos.

6) Green Chilly Chopped - 3 Nos.

7) Dry Red Chilly - 2 Nos.

8) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp.

9) Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 Tsp.

10) Pach Poron (Bengali Five Spices) - 1/2 Tsp.

11) Maggi Msala E Magic - 1 Pkt.

12) Salt as per taste.

13) Vegetable Oil - 2 Tbsp.

Method : 
1) Shredded the Cabbage.  Chop the carrot, green beans and capsicum but  not very small .

2) In a pan heat oil , then add dry red chilly and panch poron. Let them pop in the oil. Add shredded cabbage, capsicum and green peas. cover the pan and slow down the heat. Cook it for few mins.

3) After few mins of cooking remove the cover add chopped green chilly, turmeric and red chilly powder. Mix it well and cover it again.

4) Check it after 5 minif the cabbage and other vegetables are become soft then add salt add mix it.
Now cook it in high flame for few mins to evaporate the moisture from the cabbage. Now add maggi  Masala e magic ,mix it well . Remove it from flame and serve hot with roti or rice.
