Soya Masala Curry.

Ingredient : 

1) Soya Chunks - 1 Cup.

2) Boiled Potato ( Cut into Cubes) - 1 Medium.

3) Tomato Puree - 2 Medium Size.

4) Onion Finely Chopped - 2 Big Size.

5) Garlic Cloves Chopped- 6 Nos.

6) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.

7) Chopped Green Chilly - 3 Nos.

8) Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.

9) Kashmiri Red chilly Powder - 1 Tsp.

10) Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tsp.

11) Roasted Cumin powder - 1 Tsp.

12) Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp.

13) Kitchen king Masala -  Tbsp.

14) Meat Masala - 1 Tsp.(optional) (It gives a good Flavor).

15) Garam masala - 1 Tsp.

16) Kasuri Methi - 1 Tsp.

17) Salt to Taste.

18) Chopped Coriander Leaves- 1 Tbsp.

19) Refine oil for Cooking.

20) Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Tsp.

21) Cream - 1 Tsp.( For Garnishing).

Procedure:

1) Soak the Soya Chunks in hot water for 10-15 mins. Squeeze out the water . Add 1/2 Tsp of turmeric powder and little bit salt , mix it . In a pan add  2 tbsp of oil ad saute the soya chunks for few mins. keep it aside.

2) In the same pan  add 2 tbsp of oil. Add cumin seeds , when the seed leaves a good aroma  add chopped onion and chopped garlic . Saute it for few min then add ginger garlic paste and 1/2 tsp of turmeric, saute until raw flavor goes off.

3) Now add tomato puree cook it for few mins. Then add all dry spices except Garam masala. Saute the masala paste until it oozes out oil, then add the soya chunks and boiled potato pieces . Mix it well , add crushed kasuri methi and salt.

4) Then add 2 cups of water , mix it well and cover it and cook it on a slow flame for 10 mins. The gravy should be little bit thick. Now add chopped coriander leaves and garam masala . Garnish it with few drops of cream. serve hot with roti , naan or boiled rice.
