Prawn Bahari .

Ingredient :

1) Prawn - 250 gm ( Medium Size).

2) Onion Chopped - 2 Nos.

3) Ginger garlic Paste - 1 Tsp.

4) Green Chilly - 3 Nos ( Slit).

5) Turmeric Power - 1 Tsp.

6) Red Chilly Power - 1 Tsp.

7) Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 Tsp.

8) Coconut Milk - 1 Cup.

9) Salt to taste.

10) Sugar - 2 Tsp.

11) Cinnamon Stick - 1 No.

12) Green Cardamon - 4 Nos.

13) Cloves - 4 Nos.

14) Oil - 5 Tbsp.

Procedure :

1) Wash and Devin the prawn. Marinate the prawn with turmeric and salt , keep it aside.

2) Now crush the cloves,  Cinnamon Stick, Green Cardamon.

3) Heat oil in a pan . Add chopped onion . Saute until it changes it color . Add ginger garlic paste , saute it for few min. Now add red chilly powder, and coriander powder, fry for 5-6 mins.

3) Now add marinated prawns and fry along with the masala for another few mins. Then add coconut milk, salt, sugar and crushed spices, mix it well and cover it with a lid in medium heat. You can add little water if required.

4) After 10-12 mins add green chilly and simmer it for another few mins. Serve hot with rice.
