Navratan Paneer


Ingredient :

1) Paneer - 100 Gm.

2) Potato( cut in cube) - 1 No.

3) Green Bean - 6-7 Nos.

4) Cauliflower florets - 10-12 nos

5) Green Capsicum - 1 Nos.
6) Carrot - 1 No.

6) Onion - 2 Nos.

7) Ginger garlic Paste - 1 Tsp.

8) Cashew Nut - 10-12 Nos.

9) Raisin - 12 Nos.

10) Black Popper  Powder - 1 Tsp.

11) Green Chilly Chopped - 2 Tsp.

12) Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp.

13) Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp.

14) Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp.

15) Bay Leaf - 1 No.

16) Whole Garam masala .

17) Shahi Jeera - 1/4 Tsp.

18) Salt to taste .

19) Sugar - 1.1/2 Tsp.

20) Cream - 3 Tbsp.

21) Water as Required.

Procedure:

1) Boil the vegetable (potato, green bean, cauliflower florets and carrot)for 5-7 mins. Also boil the onion and Cashew nut  and make a fine paste. Slightly saute the capsicum pieces and paneer.

2) Heat oil in pan. Add bay leaf, whole garam masala and shahi jeera .

3) Now add ginger garlic paste, saute it for few mins, then add onion and cashew nut  paste. Saute it until it change color. Add  chopped green chilly, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix it well.

4) Add water when masala looses oil.  when the gravy become slightly thick add bolied vegetable, fried paneer and raisin. Add salt and mix well. Cover it for 5-6 mins in low flame.

5) Add black papper powder,garam masala , sugar and cream . Mix well  and serve hot with rice or roti.
You can also add some pineapple pieces .
