Mutton Curry .

Ingredient :

1) Mutton Pieces - 250 gm.

2) Oil -  2 Tbsp.

3) Ghee - 3 Tbsp.

4) Cardamom - 3 Nos.

5) Cloves - 5 Nos.

6) Black Popper Corns - 1 Tbsp.

7) Cinnamon Stick - 2 Nos.

8) Bay Leaf - 2 Nos.

9) Onion Slices - 3 Nos(Big).

10) Ginger garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
.

11) Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.

12) Red Chilly powder - 2 Tsp.

13) Coriander Powder - 3 Tbsp.

14) Tomato Chopped - 2 Nos.

15) Curd - 1/2 Cup.

16) Salt to Taste.

17) Garam Masala Powder - 2 Tsp.

18) Fresh Coriander Leaves - 3 Tbsp.

19) Water as Required.

Procedure : 

1) Clean and wash the mutton pieces,squeeze the water from the mutton pieces. Keep it aside.

2) Heat oil and ghee in a non stick pan. Add Cardamom ,Cloves,Black Popper Corns and bay Leaf. Saute it for few mins.

3) Now add slices of onion , saute until onion change it color, then add ginger garlic paste. Cook it till raw smell disappear.At this point add chopped tomato and all dry spices except garam masala mix it well.  Cook until tomato turn pulpy and masala oozes oil.

4) Add mutton pieces mix it well. Cook it in medium flame for 5-10 min. Don"t forget to stirring.

5) Add curd and mix well. Cook it another 5-6 mins.Now all 2 cups of water nad mix well. Now add salt.

6) Transfer this curry into the pressure cooker and presure cook for 4 whistle and simmer for 10-15 mins.The mutton should be cooked very well.

7) Once the pressure  turn off ,add garam masala and coriander leaves , gently mix it . Serve hot this tasty Mutton curry with plain rice or roti.
