Matar Mushroom Tarkari

Ingredient :

1)Green Peas ( Frozen) - 1 Cup.

2) Button Mushroom - 17- 20 Nos.

3) Onion  Chopped - 2 Medium.

4) Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp.

5) Red Chilly Powder - 2 Tsp.

6) Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp.

7) Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp.

8) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.

9) Tomato Puree - 3/4 Cup.

10) Cashewnut Paste - 1/4 Cup.

11) Khoya Grated - 2.1/2 Tsp.

12) Garam Masala Powder - 2 Tsp.

13) Salt to Taste.

14) Oil - 3 Tbsp.

Procedure :

1) First cut the mushrooms  in half and  boil them with little bit salt and turmeric powder until soft.

2) Heat oil in a non stick pan , when oil is hot add chopped onion saute until it change its color , then add ginger garlic paste. Add few drops of water cook rawness of ginger and garlic goes off.

3) Add tomato puree , cook it for few min then add allthe dry masala powder except garam masala.
Mix the masala very well, then add cashewnut paste. Saute this msala for 3-4 mins , add khoya and mix.

4) Now add the boiled mushroom along with the water, green peas and salt . Cover this for few mins.When you get the desire gravy consistency add garam masala mix it and serve hot with roti , naan or rice.
