Phulcopi Rosa .


Ingredient :

1) Cauliflower (Medium) - 1 No.

2) Green Peas - 1/2 Cup.

3) Coconut paste - 3 Tbsp.

4) Yellow Mustard paste -  Tbsp.

5) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp.

6) Green Chili - 3 Nos.

7) Salt To Taste.

8) Mustard Oil - 3 Tbsp.

9) Onion Seeds(Kolojeere) - 1/4 Tsp.

Procedure :

1) Blanch the cauliflower Florets and green Peas for Few mins. keep it aside.

2) Now make a marination with yellow mustard paste, turmeric ,salt and green chilly.  Apply this paste to the blanched cauliflower and green peas . Keep it aside for half an hour.

3) Heat oil in a pan , add onion seeds. Then add marinated cauliflower and peas also add the coconut paste mix it gently and cover it with a lid . After 5-10 min when the cauliflower and green peas are cooked well and the masala oozes  oil remove it from heat . Serve this with hot steamed rice.
