Ingredient :
1) Chicken Pieces : 500 Grams.
2) Onion Paste - 3 Medium.
3) Ginger garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
4) Cashew-nut and Poppy Seeds paste - 11/2 Tbsp.
5) White Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp.
6) Green Chilly - 3 Nos.
7) Curd - 1 Cup.
8) Butter - 2 Tbsp.
9) Bay leaf - 2 Nos.
10) Cinnamon Stick - 2 Nos.
11) Cardamom - 4 Nos.
12) Cloves - 4 Nos.
13) Dry Red Chilly - 3 Nos.
14) Salt to Taste.
15) Oil - 3 Tsp.
16) Garam masala Powder - 1 Tbsp.
17) Saffron - 1/2 Gram.
18) Khewra Water - Few Drops.
19) sugar - 11/2 Tsp.
Procedure :
1) Clean the chicken pieces and Wash them well. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt , white pepper powder,Ginger garlic paste ,curd and onion paste. Keep it for 2-3 hours.
2) Heat butter in a pan . Temper it with whole garam masala . Then add the remaining onion paste , saute it for few mins. Add ginger garlic paste cook it until raw flavor goes off .
3) Now add cashew nut and poppy seed paste , green chilly, reaming white pepper powder and the beaten curd . Mix it well , cook it for few mins then add the marinated chicken pieces and salt to taste . Mix it properly and cover it and for it for 25-30 mins in slow cooking.
4) After that add garam masala and sugar mix it one more time cook until chicken become tender.
5) In another pan add oil . Temper it with onion ring, dry red chilly and little bit salt . Cook it for few min and pour this to the cooked chicken and cover it . Switch off the flame , before serving add few saffron strands and serve hot with rice or roti.
